Lightwave Yachts

In 1995 Roger Overell and Nathan Stanton founded Overell Stanton Yachts, a boatyard specialised in the construction of quality multihulls. The founders are qualified boatbuilders with a long experience of their trade and of performance sailing. Their aim for the company was to build yachts for pure sailing enjoyment, which have an interior to make cruising very pleasant. Tony Grainger was commissioned for the designs.

In 2000 Overell Stanton Yacht's Lightwave 35 was named Australia's Sailing Multihull Boat of the Year by the Australian Marine Industries Federation.

The company was later renamed Lightwave Yachts.
