Spirited Designs (Craig Schionning)

Craig Schionning established Spirited Designs in May 2005 and combined all his years of design, sailing, and building experience to develop the Spirited 380 catamaran.

For this model he developed the 'Spirited Assembly System' (SAS), which allows even inexperienced amateur boat builders to construct the boat from a kit of pre-cut light-weight material. The design has proved very popular and several building projects are underway in Australia [2007].

A bigger model, the Spirited 480, is on the drawing board, as well as a racing catamaran.
