Håkan Pettersson founded HP Boats in 1996. He designs luxury motor yachts, motor passenger mono and multihull vessels, as well as sailing mono and trimaran boats. His portfolio includes two cruiser-racer trimarans.

Håkan Pettersson grew up on his father's boat yard and has been working full time in boat design since 1985.
