Vorpal Blade MK 2
Home-built from plans
- Brand:
- Tennant
- Designed by:
- Malcolm Tennant Multihull Design Limited
- Description:
The original Vorpal Blade was designed and built by Malcolm Tennant in 1969 for his own use. The high performance cruiser, which had alloy cross beams, was very advanced for its day. The design avoids the difficulties of obtaining standing headroom, good wingdeck clearance and performance in a catamaran of this size. The inboard sleeping pods had sitting headroom; access to the foredeck was via the central passageway.
