St Francis 44 Mk II
- Brand:
- St Francis
- Designed by:
- Lavranos Marine Design Ltd
- Yard(s):
- St Francis Marine
- Description:
A development of the St Francis 44, the Mk II version incorporates know-how St Francis Marine learned in the previous years of boat production. The high-quality workmanship was adapted to include latest construction techniques and materials, making for a lighter and stronger, safer boat. The hull form was upgraded to have a modern prismatic coefficient.
The saloon is light and airy and has a navigation area of a size rarely found on any boat. Not only is there room for all of today's essential electronics, but also sufficient desk space to double-check on paper chart. This space could also double up nicely as a small office.
The well-equipped galley is midships in the port hull. There are four queen-sized berths on board, each with their own en-suite head. The forward heads even sport seating-style bath tubs.
While owners won't break any speed records on this boat, she sails well and can easily be operated shorthanded, and turns out good average daily runs for a cruiser of her class.
Overall the St Francis 44 Mk II is a well-rounded luxury cruiser and is certain to please owners with her thought-out features and beautiful presentation.
