The Raider 30 is a compact, demountable sports-cruiser with a good competition record, inlcuding several substantial offshore race wins against mono and multihulls. The design aims for speed, comfort and convenience. Her performance is a match, or more, for other craft of this type.
Accommodation space is naturally somewhat limited for a catamaran of this length with no bridgedeck. However, the hulls are relatively voluminous, making the single bunks generous in size and providing a good amount of storage space.
The Raider 30 comes in two models, 'Standard' and 'Grand Prix'. The Grand Prix model has a larger mainsail on a higher, rotating mast. The mast is well aft in this design and there is a bowsprit for flying a large screacher.
