The PDQ 36 MkIII Classic is a very similar boat to the earlier PDQ Mk II Classic, which it replaced in 1998. The most noteworthy difference is the popular option of a hard-top bimini.

In later MarkIIIs the main sheet traveller runs on the top of the hard-top.
