Outremer 50Std
Description:

The 50' Standard, 55' Standard, 50' Light and 55' Light are four Outremer models with the same base design. The 'Light' versions are uncompromisingly swift with considerably smaller bridgedeck cabins and less accommodation than the beamier 'Standard' versions. The latter can accommodate up to 10 or more people depending on the choice of cabin arrangement. The 55' Standard and 55' Light have the aft sections of the hulls extended to give greater waterline length and faster passage-making.

All versions are fast and powerful craft, ruggedly built for a long lifetime of performance ocean sailing. All models have narrow hulls and low displacement to reduce drag; low, rounded topsides to minimise windage, and daggerboards to gain hydrodynamic efficiency.
