Merlin
Home-built from plans
- Brand:
- Woods
- Designed by:
- Lilian Woods, Woods Designs
- Description:
The Merlin is a compromise between the Strider (a sports cruiser) and the Gwahir (a racer). The hulls are finer than on the Strider, but they have more freeboard and the cabins are longer than on the Gwahir. The result is a very fast cruiser racer, with good performance in stronger winds and lumpy seas.
