Description:

After the success of the Lagoon 55 bluewater cruiser, the Lagoon 47, was introduced with a same build quality and luxury class as the larger boats. JAT was still developing racing boats when the 47 was launched and the company continued to leverage its extensive knowledge of ocean racing craft into the design and constructiuon of the cruising line of Lagoons. Advanced production process and appropriate application of technical materials produce a highly optimised hull structure which is finished to give the interiors elegant an style. The 47 is a spacious boat with light and airy cabins. She is fast for her class and an easily handled and safe ocean cruiser. Lagoon 47s are a very popular high-end charter catamaran and most of the 34 boats built were bought by charter companies.

This model was co-branded Moorings Lagoon 48 for the Moorings charter market.
