Built in aluminum, the Banana 43 catamaran is a tough-hulled cruiser that can explore off the beaten track. The boat is an evolution of the Globe Flotteur 44 established some 20 years ago. Modifications made to the original design improve dynamic behavior and speed.
The Banana 43 is equipped with 400W solar panels and a wind turbine to provide as much self-sustaining power as possible. Visibility from the helm is excellent and handling is easy in all conditions. In fair weather, she can cruise at 20 knots and make 10 knots under mainsail alone.
With her flush portholes and curvatious bridgedeck cabin exterior, the Banana 43 is stylish and elegant. The internal finish is clear and functional, and to personalize the boats the customer has a wide choice of fabric and materials in light and lively colors.

The boat is insulated for cruising in a range of climates. The cabin walls are coated with 40 mm of high quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides acoustic and thermal insulation.
